Inspiration to Keep Your Day Going

What would happen if more people on the team dared to take action before everything felt safe?

Tamara Christmann Olofsson, owner and founder of Upzone

In her inspirational talk, Tamara shares her experiences in entrepreneurship, leadership, and nearly two decades of watching people confront their fears at adventure parks.

The lecture explores why courage is not the absence of fear, how we can listen to our fear without letting it dictate our actions, and why personal growth often begins before we feel fully ready. It ties in naturally with what the group has just experienced together.
