Safety is in both the equipment and the people who use it. That’s why we run the Upzone Academy, a certified training academy for adventure parks.
Since 2016 we are IAPA Academy Sweden – the training academy within the International Adventure Park Association (IAPA).
Learn the basics of working as an instructor in an adventure park.
You will gain knowledge in safety procedures, guest handling and how to instruct and coach guests in the Courses.
Prerequisites:
Training for those who will be able to assist and rescue guests on the Courses.
Focus on practical rescue work, evacuations and dealing with stressful situations with calm and confidence.
Prerequisites:
For experienced guides with rescue responsibilities who want to train others.
You will gain extensive expertise in all aspects of adventure park operations, safety and training.
Prerequisites (for example):
Training for those who will take overall responsibility for safety in the park.
We cover everything from tree and weather awareness to standards, guidelines and safety procedures.
