Our high ropes courses are located in beautiful forest settings, giving the kids the feeling of being true adventurers. They’ll climb, balance, and overcome obstacles with the support of our professional instructors. A party that boosts confidence and creates unforgettable memories.

Adults Climbing During the Party
Adults need to climb with the children during the party. Upzone’s guides will be on-site for all guests throughout the day but will not climb actively with the party, as they assist other guests in the park. Therefore, it’s highly appreciated when parents climb alongside the children, encouraging and coaching them to reach new heights.
For children under 11 years old, 1 adult is required per 3 children. For children over 11 years, they can usually manage on their own, but we always welcome parents to join in.

Eat in the park
Food is not included in the party, but feel free to bring your own picnic or grilling supplies to enjoy before or after the climbing. We have cozy seating areas in the park and nearby grilling facilities, but remember to bring your own charcoal for grilling.
(Exception: Sollentuna does not have grilling facilities but does offer cozy seating areas.)
Payment and booking conditions
Submit your booking request below, and we’ll get back to you to confirm availability for your desired date and time. Payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the booking date, and the number of climbing children can be adjusted until then.
Climbing Party: 250 SEK/child
7-10 years
Requires at least 1 adult per 3 children to ensure smooth park flow and the best possible party experience.
+11 years
No adults are required as children can usually manage on their own. However, we recommend adding an adult to join in on the fun and make memories together with the kids.
