The park is located at the far end of Ängelholm’s Hembygdspark. If you come from the park’s large parking lot, you go through the playground, past the restaurant, the stage and the old houses
Right next to the park, there are a large number of parking spaces along the road Danielslundsgatan. There you pay with Parkster. Otherwise, you can park in Hembygsaparkens large parking lot in the entrance to the hometown park.
The nearest bus stop is Ängelholm Hembygdsparken, from there it is about 3 minutes walk to Upzone Adventure Park in Ängelholm. If you travel by public transport, bus 2 runs from Ängelholm station.
Here you’ll find important information for your visit, such as what to wear and other things to think about before you arrive at the park. We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the start time so that you can try out harnesses and gloves in peace and quiet before the activity begins.
Should you have any questions or concerns, you can always contact our booking center at boka@upzone.se.
Dress for an active day outdoors in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. In cooler weather, we recommend layering.
Long hair should be tied back and jewelry should be removed before the activity. New piercings can be taped with sports tape if necessary and we are happy to help on site.
Shoes should fit firmly on the foot and cover the entire foot. Sandals, slippers and open shoes are not allowed. Sneakers or similar shoes with good grip are recommended.
Feel free to leave loose valuables at home or in your car. Cell phones may be used for photos and videos when standing still on a platform, but should otherwise be kept safe.
Gloves with good grip and good finger mobility are mandatory. Ordinary finger gloves are not allowed. Gloves are available for purchase on site for SEK 20.
At Upzone, we use height limits instead of age limits in our Highropecourse. To climb the Highropecourses you need to be at least 125 cm tall. The Courses are adapted for reach, grip and safe handling of the equipment.
We recommend that an adult climbs with children shorter than about 144 cm, so that the child can be supported and helped during the activity.
To participate in our Highropecourses, the following requirements need to be met:
The requirements are in place to create a safe and secure experience when moving high above ground. If you are unsure whether the Highropecourse is suitable for you, you are always welcome to contact us or ask the staff on site.
Important to know:
These requirements only apply to the Highropecourse. Our other activities, such as team challenges and outdoor escape games, have different requirements.
Gloves are used to protect the hands and provide better grip when climbing Highropecourses. To participate, gloves with good grip and good finger mobility are required. Ordinary finger gloves are not allowed.
If you missed buying gloves when booking, you can buy them on site in the park before the climb begins. If you bring your own gloves, these need to be approved by the staff before the start of the activity.
There is no barbecue area inside the park, but in Hembygdsparken and by the river a few minutes away there are barbecue areas to use. You need to bring your own charcoal.
The toilets are located at the entrance to the park, right next to the goats and the playground. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the park.
In the park there are several benches and seats you can use for a coffee break. There is also a restaurant and waffle house nearby.
Our kiosk has crisps, chocolate biscuits, sweets and various drinks such as soft drinks and water for those who want to buy something good during their visit to the park.
